Anna Forsythe
PharmD, MSc, MBA · Founder & CEO
Anna is a clinically trained Doctor of Pharmacy. She also holds a Master’s in Health Economics and Policy from the University of Birmingham (UK) and an MBA from Columbia University. She previously co-founded Purple Squirrel Economics (acquired by Cytel in 2020) and led Global Value and Access at Eisai Pharmaceuticals, following earlier roles at Novartis and Bayer in clinical research and health economics.
Jessicca Rege
PhD · Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Jessicca Rege brings extensive experience in oncology drug development, clinical strategy, and global pharmaceutical leadership. She previously served as Chief Development Officer at Mural Oncology and OncXerna and held senior oncology leadership positions at Alkermes, Daiichi Sankyo, Eli Lilly, and Eisai, following earlier roles at Roche and Bristol Myers Squibb. Her expertise spans clinical development from pre-IND through commercialization, regulatory strategy, and strategic partnerships. She holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences and an MS in Physiology from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Andrew is an internationally recognized expert in health economics and economic evaluation, with extensive experience in cost-effectiveness analysis, decision modelling, and the evaluation of healthcare interventions. His work focuses on applying rigorous economic and statistical methods to inform evidence-based healthcare decisions, policy, and resource allocation.

BSRN, MBA · Senior Advisor, Value & Strategy

Estella brings extensive experience in global market access, value strategy, and health economics and outcomes research (HEOR). At Novartis, she held senior leadership roles in international value and access, developing strategies to demonstrate the clinical and economic value of innovative therapies. Her expertise spans evidence-based value demonstration, payer engagement, reimbursement strategy, and market access planning across the product lifecycle.
Cheryl Grosso
PhD · Chief Commercial Officer
Cheryl brings more than 25 years of experience in life sciences, spanning real-world evidence, clinical research, commercialization, and strategic partnerships. She has worked closely with pharmaceutical and biotech organizations to connect evidence with clinical development, market access, and commercial strategy.
